Multi-Disclosure Optimization

Consolidating 30+ sign designs into one universal, versioned asset.

Multi-Disclosure Optimization

Context

Thirty designs, one legal requirement.

Legally required disclosure signage was never managed in a universal way across St. Elizabeth Healthcare. More than 30 design variations and up to 13 required legal sign types were independently created, printed, and installed without centralized control. Though legal in nature, disclosures were managed as marketing materials, resulting in inconsistent placement, outdated content, excessive duplication, and visual clutter, creating a compliance burden, Facilities rework, and a negative impact on patient experience.

Action

One master asset, centrally controlled.

I conceived and led the development of a Universal Multi-Disclosure Signage model that did not previously exist within the organization. I consolidated all disclosures into a single, professionally designed master asset, establishing one centrally controlled, versioned file supported by tracked installation locations.

Result

One asset, a fraction of the cost.

Consolidated 30+ designs and up to 13 legal sign types into one asset, reduced update costs to 15% of prior cost through insert-only replacements, removed thousands of unnecessary signs, and cut the labor burden on Nursing Admin and Facilities teams.
