About

I never wanted to go to college; I wanted to be an artist. But the fear of the “starving artist” cliché won out. Once I committed to school, I went all in and ultimately earned two bachelor’s degrees and an MBA.

Fine arts shaped my eye. Design shaped my craft. Marketing sharpened my analytical thinking and my understanding of people. Operations taught me how to scale ideas and build systems that support them. I chose Marketing and Graphic Design because both sides of my brain demanded to be satisfied. I wanted the creative and the strategic, the intuitive and the analytical, the big picture and the fine details.

As I grew, I pursued my MBA to master the business side and learn how organizations operate, how systems scale, and how complex problems get solved. I never wanted to do just one part of the work. I wanted to understand all of it. Every time I hit a ceiling, I found the gap and learned the discipline that filled it. That curiosity shaped my career and eventually shaped Hartwig Brands.

Today, I work at the intersection of creativity and operations. I help organizations clarify their story, strengthen their systems, and execute the creative that brings it to life. My approach is systems-first and evidence-led. Clean, clear, and intentional.

I am a builder, a fixer, and a straight talker. I walk into complex situations, figure out what is unclear or stuck, and build something better in its place. I lead with humility, work with precision, and show up as a partner who stays until the work is right.

Hartwig Brands exists for organizations that want their brand to look better, work better, and feel more aligned. You can hire me for brand strategy, design, creative direction, or project operations work, whether you need long-term support or a single project done right.

Values

What I stand on

Purposeful Work

Everything has a reason. Every decision, every design, every system should serve a clear purpose. If it does not earn its place, it does not belong.

Honest Partnership

Clients become partners. Partners become trusted friends. The relationship matters as much as the work, and the work is better because of it.

Collaborative by Nature

The best outcomes happen when everyone brings what they are best at and trusts others to do the same. Ego and politics are the enemy of good work.

Craft Without Compromise

Do it right or do not do it. Quality is not negotiable and shortcuts have a cost someone always ends up paying.

Show Up

Be present, be reliable, be the person they can count on no matter what. Availability and accountability are not extras. They are the baseline.
